Order Cancellations and Returns

Order cancellation

Please send your cancellation request as soon as possible. We can confirm a cancellation if the order has not yet been prepared or handed over for delivery. To request cancellation, sign in to your customer account.

 

Product returns

Ready-made products purchased from our online shop may be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale. To request a return, sign in to your customer account. For returns by post, an €8 postage and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. There is no fee for returns made directly to our boutique. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Made-to-order and altered items

Bouquets and arrangements made to order or according to a customer’s individual wishes cannot be returned. This also applies to a ready-made bouquet or other product that has been altered at the customer’s request, for example by shortening the stems or changing the flowers, colours or other details.

Natural variations

Individual flowers or plants may occasionally be in limited supply. We reserve the right to replace an item with a similar flower or plant that complements the arrangement. Small variations in a hand-tied bouquet or a comparable substitute do not entitle the customer to compensation.
