Refund policy

Ready-made products purchased from our online store may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

To request a return or cancellation, please sign in to your customer account.

For returns sent by post, an €8 postage and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee does not apply to items returned directly to our boutique.

Products made to order, such as bouquets and arrangements designed specifically for you, cannot be returned. If you would like to discuss your design or request a change, please get in touch. We will be happy to find the best way forward with you.
