Terms of service

Rivin Oy sells silk flowers, everlasting plants, bouquets, arrangements and related products and services through its online store.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend prices and product information before an order is confirmed.

An order is placed when the customer submits it and receives an order confirmation. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Bespoke work and products made to a customer's specifications are created on the basis of details agreed separately. They are not subject to the standard right of return.
